About Many Faces of Duncan
We have been producing our own sound and style for many years and we just keep getting better. We take a wide range of influences and follow none of them. Chris and Steve soon developed as the main songwriting force in The Cherry Pickers, but the band’s sound did not assuage their mutual love for electronic music. The pair decided to form an offshoot band, with the intention that it would only ever comprise just the two of them, to write and record electronic music and avant garde music collages, which they felt The Cherry Pickers’ set up could not allow them to do.
