My musical aspirations are still vibrant, but, for some time, I've been unable to interface with other musicians, whereby possible chemistry could exist. I have many past songs that I will, soon, be working on; submitting to N1M.

Now, that the weather is suitable for being outside, I find myself inundated with maintaining my garden, lawn, and nice bike rides...

Immured with the ubiquitous specter of Covid19 and its new cousin- Variant, this song- Stress and $train, addresses the past (the '80s) and present economic challenges and downfalls.

My favorite, fusion drummer, Kenny Payne (Kodak Chemist) is featured in this selection. I'm doing bass and guitars - (recorded on a TEAC 22-4 reel-to-reel, 1982).

This piece is super generic- straight from the soul. Enjoy!

After a couple of musculoskeletal issues, I'm now feeling more like myself and am itching to begin recording again. After practicing general dentistry for 44 years, I am ready to get down with some serious music and art. I shall retire soon :0)

My daughter bought me a lap steel guitar- that Hawaiian/ Country sound! I want to incorporate this sound in some new concoctions.

Recently, I had rotator cuff (bone spur and torn ligament) surgery and it really put my musical endeavors in the back seat. But as I heal along with my Physical Therapy, I'm regaining my acumen and fervor for guitar, again.

I wonder... How many of you prefer a physical CD, download, or both? When I drive, I find the CD is convenient and special... like the wonderful turn-tables and vinyl of yore.

I'm excited that you like my renditions. I don't expend a lot of time promoting myself. But I do appreciate your spreading the word, along with me.

Recently, I had rotator cuff surgery and am facing total hip replacement. So, I'm taking a break form producing new music, but as soon as I'm able, I'll think of you... to inspire me! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Happy New Year! 2018's going to be fantastic!

I finally got around to finishing the submission of my new album, Time Traveled (by Docmatrix)! It is available on Amazon music, iTunes, shortly on CD Baby...

I'm very happy that within the Jazz/ Jazz Fusion genre on N1M, I am, as of today, # 1!!!! This freaks me out, as I know that most of these other bands play out regularly, are on top of their game; tour... But for me, I manage a full-time dental practice, enjoy parenting my daughters, Elena and Candice. Elena is an internationally accomplished operatic soprano (YouTube). Candice is almost a 3rd year student at Binghamton U., and doing very well- organizational psychology (for now).

My next album will feature some interesting jams, including ones that I recorded with Candice (drums, vocals, when she was much younger- Ramones, James Brown, Improv..). Along with more conventional jams. Yes, jams.... no time for high priced recording studios. ...Just go for it!


Between using lasers at work and doing laundry at home, I thank God for the little time I've been able to address my avocational passion...MUSIC. Recently, I was inspired by another health professional, Cory Henry, link.. A patient turned me on to him.. real cool Jazz.

Hello, everyone! Thank you, so much, for listening, appreciating and recommending my music! I love your taste in unbridled, amorphous expression. I don't try to emulate anyone in particular, and am not corralled by a conglomerate. But I do relish their aural contributions. When I do create a song, it is special to me, as I have to steal away time to devote to music. I've had the same obstacles in my quest for creating art (link). I'm trying to get these works onto another platform, like ETSY.

Anyway, I finally released a single- Time Travel, about two months ago (available at CD Baby, Amazon, ReverbNation, iTunes.... The drummer, Kenny Payne (chemical engeneer/ Kodak, high intensity jogger/ friend) was an inspiration I never encountered since. The chemistry was mecurial and evolved when there was tension within the song. Some kind of telepathy developed. Mostly, I jammed on bass with him, then later, added guitars on an old-school 4-channel reel-to-reel TEAC. The sessions (Carry Me, Stess and Strain...) we did are vintage- ~1982, or so.

But, I'd like to also give a shout-out to the person who introduced me to Jazz Fusion- Al Frazier. He was an aggressive, and highly intuitive bassist (Dimeola's Mood). Although he was a great musician, he was deathly afraid of performing before people. I thought that we could, maybe, break the ice with mirrors, dogs and goats as an audiance :)

Kudos to the band, Chaos Matrix (1994/ Chart Six Moa): Mike Houser-vocals, Herb Heins- r. guitar, Ryan Lydell- drums; myself on leads; Matt Scheidt- Bass. We played out a lot, but I'm involved with so many responsibilities now, that if I can record on my own (Sheldon...the cat, Sinister's Shadow, link...., 2016), or happen to interface with a responsible musician, it would be ideal. By the way, link. is Matter, Energy, Space; Time. L. Ron Hubbard referred to it, often.

Lastly, last week I released my album, TIME TRAVELED. It has 13 varied songs. I think that after you've had a sip..., and listen more than once, we'll be groovin' on the same wavelength ; )

Hello, N1M fans. I am in Ft. Worth, Texas, studying enhanced dental laser applications for my practice in Rochester, NY.

For sure, I have been involved in a myriad of activities- from copyrighting my art and music to developing art graphics for ladies’ apparel: link. Check it out ;)

Hello, N1Mmers. I have decided to take some guitar lessons. A gift certificate from my daughter, led me into a semester of study at The Hochstein Music School, here in Rochester, NY. I plan to record more, but now, I'm concentrating on new techniques and reading music, a big leap for me.

I believe in quality, not quantity. Just like my art (link) I have heartfelt renderings of my soul. These soul-ful experssions, I gladly share with you, my friends!

... but I plan to warm it up inside this season. This past summer, there were so many outdoor tasks and activities, my music took a backseat. But now, I can concentrate on creating new projects. I have a prospective drummer and that's all I really need. I like to start off with a bass line, then add rhythm and maybe lead/ vocals.
