Hello Everyone!
I Love You Still is a song that took me many years to write. Not because it is making some kind of earth shattering statement. Nothing epic about this song. So why did it take years to write? The song started life as something I wanted to share with a special person in my life. The person I expected to spend my life with. The person who was my best friend. How could it be any better than that? Life and love threw me a curve ball. I swung and I missed. She married someone else. So the song sat. For many years. Started but never finished. Eventually I began tinkering with the song again and as simple as it is, I discovered I still loved playing it on my piano. Though the lyric was only partially done I decided I would record the complete music track. First time I did a rehearsal with the full band tracks the final verse came to me.
Attached is I Love You Still with only my scratch vocals and no BG vocals. The song has been covered twice by other artists. One day I may release a version myself. Until then I have this...
Talk to you all again sometime soon!

Hello everybody and welcome to 2020!
I decided to start the New Year by uploading a couple of my old songs that were written and recorded in the early 90's. ONE DAY BLUE traditional country song and was the first song I ever recorded and released to commercial radio. I can still remember the first time I heard the song on the radio. It was totally unexpected and wonderful surprise. The song will always be special to me for those reasons :)
NO PLACE LEFT TO HIDE was an accidental write. The intent of the writing session was to write a song for a female friend of mine. About how strong she is and changes she made to get to where she is today. This song tells part of her story and would actually be a prequel to the story I intended to tell. I finally did write the song I meant to, but that came years later.
Best wishes for 2020! I hope everyone has a beautiful year.

Here we are. Only one week away from Christmas. Thought I would share a song I wrote more than a few years ago. I was playing a few songs at a local "watering hole" a couple of weeks before Christmas when a young lady who worked at the establishment wondered why nobody was playing any Christmas songs. I told her I would write one and play it the following week at an open mic night they she was hosting. CHRISTMAS IN MY MIND was the song I wrote. At first she was excited to hear the new song, until I played it. Afterward she said, that is the most depressing Christmas song I have ever heard. I suppose the lesson here is never write a holiday song while you are feeling sad and kind of lonely. H
Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season! Wishing you all a beautiful 2020
Merry Christmas!!

Hello!
Thank you so much for subscribing. Not sure exactly what to say. Odd, me being at a loss for words...
Seems like music has always been part of my life. Looks like it always will be, and that's a good thing! Right now I am in the middle of a busy radio campaign for a fellow artistpromoting a Christmas song her and I wrote. My music should be available to download free at my N1M page. Of course you can always keep streaming them from N1M as well ????
Hope you have wonderful week and thanks again!!
