Dear Friends! Thank you for listening and liking my tracks. I am trying now to arrange the selling of them through the Internet, I hope it works.
The Ascension Songs are my last work written in USA, and my last student work. It was written after our trip to Minneapolis in the Spring 2003, with the ASU Wind Orchestra. We played works by Bill Frisell, Howard Yermish and Stephen Hartke in between the pieces played by the Wind Orchestra. I loved that place, especially the University of Minnesota, with its tunnel, and it was the funniest trip I ever had. The beginning of the Song #3 is an old Armenian Ascension chant (Որ համբարձաւն այսօր). The performers are: Anna Margaryan, Ivetta Korkina, Gor Hovhannisyan, Armine Petrosyan, Armen Hovakimyan.
I have also recorded the viola part in the song ''The Touch Of Your Hem'' by Robert Fechter from: https://www.n1m.com/threeup
It is a great song, and I hope we will post it soon.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! Thank you for being with us. In the last three songs posted on this site, the performers are: Hovhannes Papikyan, oboe; Gor Hovhannisyan, viola; Varduhi Minasyan, piano. The recording has been made form a concert in Yerevan, Armenia, in 2010, but the work was written in US, in 2002, and it contains the impressions from the Arizona desert in the Fall, with it's beautiful flowers and coyotes. Only the beginning of the second song is a later addition, it depicts the real Jordan river, in Jordan, where we played a concert with great singer Julia Boutros.

Dear Friends! Thank you for your friendship and warm letters. I am working now on my Minneapolis Songs (2003), but this is a huge work, it will be finished in 3-4 months. In the meantime, I am posting some old recordings. In the ''Wedding'' and in the ''Israel in Egypt'' the piano part is played by Mariam Kharatian (Մարիամ Խառատյան).
