Four Love Songs
Dear Friends,
I am now working on a very hard piece for viola solo and orchestra. This is the final song for my Table Music. This genre was poular in France and Germany in Baroque time; we know many great examples like: Tafelmusik by Georg Philipp Telemann and others. But for me, my work is more in English style. The first 2 numbers are for viola alone, you will hear them in the full album. I will need 2-3 months until this last viola piece is ready. I am now no more so strong in viola playing because I am 48, and we have lots of work in the orchestra where I am playing, and also attestation auditions. But I hope that you will enjoy the works which are already posted, and maybe, on the meantime, I will put some other work, too. Please have a Great time, I love you, because you like my kids, and you are like my family. With the Best Wishes, Gor

Dear Friends
We finished the work on the album Mesrop Mashtots (Մեսրոպ Մաշտոց) with the song: Psalm 107 (a string quartet). It's performers are: Anna Margaryan, Tereza Nacharyan, Gor Hovhannisyan, Armine Petrosyan. Now we started the work on other album: ''Isaac of Armenia''. It is based of latter's songs. Isaac of Armenia was the main archbishop of Armenia (354–439). His music is very special and easy to recognize. Hopefully we will finish the 4th song in 1-2 weeks and I will post it here. But now I am going to Abu Dhabi, to play a concert dedicated to the Independence Day of Lebanon. I have never been there before. Stay safe and be happy! Gor
