Still ensconced firmly in the style of country music that has made our music popular and survive to be what it is today. All my albums contain the ingredients that make for some of the top compositions written in New Zealand. I have also recorded a lot of covers as well. Probably the most popular of these is Anna. This song made popular by Hank Locklin, and written Ann Prince.
A strong supporter of Kiwi songwriters, songs written by Craig Robinson, Richard Pinny, Allan Barron, Ginny Peters, Judy McTaggart, Eddie O’Strange, Dave Guillemot and Kevin Lynch, Don Allen, Glen Moffat are spread through all albums.
I have recorded around 50 New Zealand originals over all albums.

I Only See You story
I have just promoted a song on here that has been recorded in many countries around the world. There is a great story behind this song. The writer Ginny Peters from New Zealand was over in Nashville at a song writers convention a few years back. While she was there she met Cliffie Stone who invited her to his place for a one one one chat about song writing. Ginny had just gotten there to his house and his phone rang. He picked it up and it was Lucille Ball ring to get a song from him for an up coming TV or (expired link) said to Lucille " I will ring you back , I have someone with me" and the turned to Ginny and said I'll only see you. This is how this song came about.
