Yesterday (Sunday) was the day I was waiting for, for 'years'. A friend of mine in L.A., California (Ruben Molina who is also the author of the book "Chicano Soul") posted a song that I use to play in a band when I was 17 years old and in the 11th grade in High school. I mentioned I was looking for a couple songs I did back then and he said "I Have Those in my collection"! It was hard to believe after all these years searching for them. I knew he had some other songs that I already have posted by the Centennials, but this blew my mind. Long lost, and now 'posted' for your listening pleasure are "In a Moment" and "Never Gonna Give You Up", and you can download them 'free' if you like. "Heart of the Beholder" is at #4 this week and I will leave it up another 2 weeks for you to download 'free' also. "Rock & Roll Down in Texas" is back in the charts doing 'real' good again after I uploaded it without the AVS Demo voice. It's a 'Live' mp3 copy of the song and not the one on sale at CDbaby, Amazon, iTunes and emusic. But it's yours 'free' if you are a mailing list member and respond to this News Letter. I will send you a WAV copy of it, 'free'. The Ring Tone is still up in the air, and don't know if it will fly with only a 10 second ring. I want at least a 30 second ring to play the guitar solo from "Rock & Roll Down in Texas". Any ideas are welcome...let me know if you know the ropes on how to do it.
