To John Lennon's memory and against his murderer

Yes, it’s 40 years now since John Lennon was murdered in New York. It’s sad to draw on sad events like this, but one’s inspiration sometimes acts this way when the emotional side of creation gets touched... The fact is that in October 1990 I recorded two songs to Lennon’s memory at ARC studio in Hamburg (Germany) to be included in Spanish versions as bonus tracks for my first album “Matices”. One of them was a ballad called “Here comes a chance (brother John)” and the other, this rocking “Wait a minute, Mr. Chapman” I hereby post, an icy sour allusion to notorious Lennon’s killer vaguely based on the title of the classic “Please, Mr. Postman” by The Marvelettes, which the Beatles recorded for their second album “With the Beatles” in 1963. I wish I had never had to write this song...!
