Turn vacuum cleaners into breathing masks. To develop a vaccine in no time – Wow! It's incredible what is possible. That gives me confidence for our and our childrens future. With this good feeling I send you a new song (The Pool Of Love) and some thoughts that are moving me at the moment.
It was 50 years ago in 2019 that people landed on the moon. I was 11 as I watched the landing on TV live with my mother and the whole family. "A small step for a human being, a big step for humanity," said Neil Armstrong, the first human being on the moon at the time. We, the whole of humanity, watched the television live and kept our fingers crossed - prayed for the astronauts that everything should go well for them. The belief in world peace was in many hearts. Today, too, millions of people are feverish, frightened, together and have to change their habits, their behavior for their survival. I thought Mother Earth would use cyclones, floods, earthquakes and all her tremendous powers to fight against us, the parasite human. Now completely surprising and unexpected, she unpacks a nice designed virus that forces us to stop, humility and act together. We will survive the virus, Corona, Covid-19. But do we take the opportunity that Mother Earth gives us? Do we understand and see this perhaps last warning she hatched for us?
Or will it go on in a few months with the devilish, ruthless greed for money, power, lust, luxury and abundance for some few peopel? Give Peace A Chance, All You Need Is Love, Imagine! What A Wonderfull World … for people and nature?
Wars and weapons generate death, suffering, tears, thirst, hunger and hatred.
After the pandemic, the oceans, the rivers, the planet Earth, our nature urgently need our help and a completely different way of life of the whole humanity, so as intelligently, deadly is currently dictated by Corona. Otherwise, I am sure that we will force Mother Earth, nature and creation to take even more drastic measures.
Instead of wasting energy and strength on wars and weapons, we have to help each other while Earthquakes, cyclones, floods, droughts, crop failures and epidemics rages.
We should turn tanks into excavators, converting gunboats and aircraft carriers into garbage collection ships, change attack helicopters into fire-fighting helicopters, fighting diseases and plagues together, and, and, and ...
We can plan Olympic games on the moon, but it doesn't have to be.
There are more important things to do at the moment. For example, let us keep our planet habitable for all of us. Let us begin, line up and prove worthy to share and preserve this blue pearl with all other living beings.
At some point we may dance on the moon, but here and now we´ll grateful for surviving, life, love, sing and dance in it´s golden light.
