Loves music , Hard worker, Looking to take the local and national charts by storm. R&B/neo soul gospel singer Futcha is the artist that does it all. Futcha S Steele was born on August 14, 1980 in Brooklyn, New York. He is an R&B / Neo soul / Gospel singer recognized for creating soulful heartfelt music.

Futcha currently resides in Rochester, New York where he attended John Marshall high School. It is here where his passion for music really began and where he studied music theory. During his high school years, He learned to play bass, drums, keyboard and the saxophone, along with reading and writing music.

Futcha's music was produced and arranged on a city wide project. This project involved kids from different city schools coming together to create a grievance and lost compilation cd and a book to help people cope with loss through music and poetry.

In 2007, Futcha opened a home recording studio where he recorded, mixed and mastered his own music. Since this time, he has worked with many artists, local and abroad. Additionally, Futcha’s musical creativity includes jingles for Working the Word Network as well as for radio personality, Angie B for the Hottest Home Hotspot.

Currently, Futcha is working on a project titled Facing The Mirror . This highly anticipated cd is set to hit the world hard. It boasts smooth beats and clever word play which is soon to be recognized as Futcha Steele’s signature sound. His first single, I need This will be released the first week in November.

Futcha looks forward to touring the world and working with many great producers such as Timberland, Neyo and Missy Eliot, just to name a few. Futcha has his eye set on collaborating with Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary and Detrick (expired link), Nikki Minaj, Mary J. Blige, and Patti Labelle are ideal for Futcha Plans.
