Am Chidi Joe! Most friends call me (expired link) like it but I enjoy being called "chidi". I am a gospel,rnb,n pop singer and believe in reaching out to this generation through my God-given talent Born Chidi Joseph Edeh ((expired link). Chidi Joe) on August 24 ,1980 in Lagos, Nigeria. The now 30 year old gospel/rnb/pop singer residing out of gulf region,Qatar is the newest singing sensation to hit the industry. Very early on, Chidi Joe always had music and performing as the love of his life. At the age of four,he would grab a microphone,dance and pretend to perform in front of a live audience. He began honing his vocal skills at the age of 16 in his local Church youth choir as the lead singer. Also during this time, Chidi always listens to the likes of MaryMary,kirk franklin,Michael Jackson and currently Deitrick Haddon and Jay Sean where he received professional vocal lessons and improvement.
Pop and R&B pulled Chidi in as a teen and was greatly influenced by the sounds of Michael Jackson, Boys 2 Men,Mariah Carey,and Christina Aguilera just to name a few. From there he developed his very own unique sound that truly compares to none. Along with his singing talents, he has song writing skills but plays no instruments currently.
