Budd Da Menace was born Lowell Payne on March 15th 1987 in Prince Georges County, Maryland growing up in Forestville, Maryland Budd was considered a problem from the beginning but quickly learned that his attitude can lead him either dead or in jail. Budd then found music as a escape from the trouble in the streets and concentrated on what the world loves to here now days music. Rapping since the age of 12 Budd Da Menace worked hard as he can and got the attention of Howie Dooe Little and HMG Global and placed in HMG South then later signing to Cyriz Da Viruz's Blue Spade Entertainment looking to forever shock the world and overcome all the negative that people put on him, now) "DMV's Most Wanted" and "Menace 2 Society" under his belt it's time now to expand and work even harder for BlueSpade Entertainment and always remember the world is spaded.
