Bro. Fred began writing songs in 2004. Since then he has written countless Gospel, Contemporary RnB/Hip Hop, and Gospel Rap songs. Bro. Fred is both a songwriter and a mix engineer/composer. Bro. Fred claims he has developed his songwriting skills with the aid of the piano, and technology to boost his career.

He has performed his original work in many venues like the St. George Theater in Staten Island, NY (where he opened for Roberta Flack in 2005), the Atlantic City, NJ Boardwalk (where he opened for the Delfonics in 2006), The Cotton Club in NYC, 2004), The Victoria Five Theater on 125th Street NY, where he opened for Keith Murray 2000) and countless other nightclub and church venues.

His latest work is evidence of a change of heart. As a Christian, He is more focused on winning young souls for Christ, and it is evident in his lyrics and style of music/instrumentation.

Bro. Fred 's lyrics are unique, yet they tell the story of a Savior who loves us, and died for us, provides for us, and guides us, and teaches us, yet promises to bless us, and protect us, and never leave us nor forsake us.
