In the obscure world of VOOS all sorts of sounds are resolving into completed pieces .... Bumpy Driveway Studios, VOOS recording studio. has just put out The Tongues new song Edge of a Cliff which happens to be on N1M!!!!!! ( search Australian alternative genre here at N1M :) )Thats been exciting and there will be a new song very very soon from The Tongues .... VOOS is working on a slightly larger project and Ill be putting snippets your way when they become ready for that...which wont be that long at all .... While we are here have you seen the sketches from the youtube video for Sketchbook ??? The idea behind the music was to create a work that was open ended in its interpretation... obscure pen and ink images in a sequenced order set to music ...sort of a stripped back form of animation. The music and the images come together to create a story but the story is really a construct in the mind of the person watching the video. I am really happy with this work and if you like the music I think looking at the video will add another dimension to the song for you.
