I want to personally thank each and every one of you for listening, sharing and writing to me to tel me your thoughts on the music. It’s been a rough road for some I am not an exception. Music is a release of emotions and The Life Of One is just that. I keep it simple on purpose so the listener can either wonder what the hell I’m thinking or add their own words and thoughts into the song. Musically that song was about finding out my dad had prostate cancer. I hate that c word too. But after my friend died in 2018. Music died for me. My release was anger and confusion. That song was about my finding out initially and the anger of why didn’t he call me for help or anyone for that matter. To him being at peace and myself healing from the pain and his as well. So it turned into a tribute for one hell of a nice guy who passed way to early. I avoided this song for that reason but I knew I had to do it not only for him but for me as well. That’s why the last part of the song is him playing the drums. As his pain is gone and he is free and at peace. And now so am I. Thank you again for everything it means a lot. Peace
