About The Theory
Formed in 2014 by Chris Ryals, Justin Hyder, Justin Wissinger, and Akil Babb. Every member of the band has an extensive musical history. The Theory brings you hard edged progressive rock with a lot of melody and soul. Already in there short time as a band they've open for Full Devil Jacket and headlined Ocala's Downtown Summer Jams.

Hey Theory fans. Sorry for the lack of activity lately. We haven't played in awhile but we will be back soon. We are almost done with some new recordings. Stay tuned for "Take Everything" coming soon. The band has also added John Copeland on bass in the departure of Justin Wissinger. Thanks for the support! Keep in touch.
Read moreThanks so much for signing up on our mailing list. Right now we are working on writing and recording a full length album. Therefore we haven't been giging much. Be patient and we will be back to playing live soon. We will keep you updated on the progress of the album. Right now we have a 4 song (expired link) called The Tide, t-shirts, and stickers available. We will be setting up a way to purchase our merch online soon. We'll keep you updated when that is ready.
