I don't know about you but I have been completely overwhelmed by the amount of chaos that seems to be in the world or at least everywhere I turn. the one thing I do is to just simply sit down and take everything from my heart and my head that I am perseverating on and just write a song. it makes me feel a hundred times better if I don't do that I can't stop thinking about it. it can be a poem, it can be a bunch of thoughts but somehow the action of getting it out of my head and onto paper truly helps. this keeps it from getting bottled up way deep down inside. what do you do?

my brother took his own life this past July and I really couldn't shake that from my mind. I finally sat down at the piano and began to play the very same piano my father gave me when I was 10 years old. i SAT there and I wrote a song. As soon as I can I will post it because maybe it can help you the way its helped me.
