Hope everyones rockin and rollin, keep well keep happy and look out for each other.
Life`s too short to fuss and fight,there`s too much hatred,too many right wing agendas,and yet those who speak about peace,understanding,unity,humanity,benevolence, are shot down and somehow made out to be `commies` troublemakers,hooligans,What a strange world. so whatever your colour,creed,class, we have to identify with each other,learn to accept our differences and (expired link) from each other.

We hope you all are keepin safe and staying well during this corona (expired link) a strange time,but we all got to stick together,do whats right and try and support those who really (expired link) a big shout to the NHS,who are true heroes,putting themselves at risk for others,also all the carers,who despite not having ppe,still go to work and care for others in whatever way they (expired link) well guys and Stay safe.

About THE PAIN
5 piece Punk band from mid wales 1983- present. The Pain come from newtown mid wales in the uk,formed in 1983 out of a a number of local bands,didnt gig out of wales till (expired link) did many demo`s, eventually released as tapes from (expired link) Pain have gigged all over uk with many of punk`s finest,getting a reputation as something a little different,covering varying `punk styles`.Very much a diy ethic band,supporting various causes along the (expired link) studio album released in 2005,followed by 2nd album in 2009 all done by The Pain + friends,We did odd jobs for the sound recordist + mixer in exchange for their expertise! so basically all was done on low budget but with good quality sound.
: The Pain are against fascism,corporate types and celebrity (expired link) although is a factor,is never our god and play for the love of punk and it`s (expired link) like to mix politics with humour,and never try to sound like anyone,although our influences are the clash/uk subs.
