Rocking Vocals Power This Tune

I love the lead vocal on this song, reminiscent of The Clash's Joe Strummer. This song really rocks, yet I would be happy if the overall sound and tempo was pushed even louder and harder. Still, great fun rockin' song, with the wonderfully meaningless refrain, "babe if you want my love, you gotta buy me a drink" works for me. if that's not the truth behind true romance, I don't know what is. Keep rockin and keep rocking harder and faster.

Review of Discotheque

Nice rock and roll.. Pity I could not understand the words of the lyrics. Needs improvement, but has great potential. would definitely suit a younger audience and on stage, star lit night and all that, lights the works, then the words won't matter :) Good luck!

Review of "Discotheque"

the one rule in rock that is the only rule, and that is : KEEP THE DRUMS ROCKING. you didn't, and thats bad. in the beginning you need to produce it better. its too choppy. to do my signature pan you need to put another track in that has revrb (a lot of it) but pull it down do almost nothing. use that on the opposite side to give it the illusion of "I'm out here, playing on the mountaintop". not just cut to the left - right - now sound.

Kind've sloppy, and the lead vocals are largely grating..but their is some definite charm, some cool arrangement stuff, nice idea with the harmonies, and some catchy hooks.

This song is amazing!

There is absolutely nothing about this song that i dont like, its brilliant! The lyrics tell a great story, the backing vocals sound perfect, the guitars and bass compliment each other so well, the lead singers voice is great and the song makes me feel so good! Thank you for blessing the world with this song!
