Hello Sweet Music-Kins – I hope all of you are hanging in there!! Just remember that you're not alone in this. Unfortunately I caught the dreadful C disease a couple of months ago – made it. I'm kind of glad because now I'm not contagious and I'm immune. Don't get me wrong – it was ugly. I attribute my survival to always treating my body like a temple with good nutrition, yoga and vitamins. I also take an airborne a day – the echinacea is the secret ingredient.
