Pretty good sound, it's nice and slow as I like to say smooth. The electric guitar has a nice touch to it giving it that groove interesting to listen to. In mood wise I would say is perfect for cruising down the highway on your bike with a nice serious look on the face, Yeah. Nice job keep. Cheers

Atmospheric space rock

Nice spacey instrumental with guitar playing that reminds me of Gilmour. Nicely affected guitars and a pretty decent recording too. All fans of Hendrix/Floyd inspired guitar rock should dig this

The song is deep and misterious, I have imagined it as a soundtrack of a film like James Bond, doing his works while this song plays , yes it is a good work. In my opinion it would be best if it has change a little bit the rythm giving to it a dinamic expression at the end. But in general it remends me of spys films and active scenes.

A great emotional, dark intro. Spacey, fuzz guitar sounds great. I'm not in love with the drums sound. The snare is a bit weak for my taste. Overall this is a nice moody track. Cool changes and tones keep the song interesting even though there are no vocals. Has a classic rock vibe but also I hear some 90's alternative influence. The instruments are played well. I could see this band being really great live. I dig it!

Journey with Red Shift/Blue Shift

Helpful

Seamlessly morphing between eastern and classical moods, "Red Shift/Blue Shift" achieves a unique flavor. Rhythmic variations hold your attention throughout the performance allowing the melodies breathing room to work their magic. Bridge provides a diverse sound yet doesn't stray from the overall theme. Skilled performance and well written, all the requirements for a successful song.

Really interesting and well-crafted music

Cool atmospheric rock music, it builds on at the right pace, with no hurries. Good musicianship, and I like the style, it sounds rock but pretty personal, doesn't remind me of a band in particular instantly. I would recommend SOGP to any person who doesn't get scary with the absence of a singer and enjoys ethereal rock bands such as Pink Floyd, Kyuss or Camel. I feel, though, that the band has yet to grow in order to bring out more special material.

I have a soft spot in my heart for tasty guitar licks replete with exceptional tone, energy, feeling and melody. If you can add to that an excellent rhythm track also with majestic tone and tight rhythms then you have my attention and my admiration. This track has all that. Quality stuff from Houston Texas done with quality tone and attention! Love SOGP Music. I'll give it 5 stars!!

Soaring Harmonic guitars

Big guitar sound weaving through the chord changes. Guitar harmonies hint of eastern scales in the tonality which lend an exotic flavor to this composition. would love to hear a live full band rendition of this ! Keep on Keeping on this is really great stuff! Peace BillyG

... so why the hell am I writing for, you shall ask? God only knows... It is so nice to hit play and let a track roll on... you know, when it grows on you, as you feel it taking you by the hand... it feels so because it is true, and real, and straight. 'Putain c'est bon!' we would say around here... So go for it, and then join me to say thanks. Bertrand

Red Shift / Blue Shift

How can music with a slower tempo have such drive? It starts with the lower frequencies. It’s like being tired but drawing from within for the energy needed. When you find it, you build strength from it, tired or not. Drive is energy, drive is strength, drive is hope, and drive is purpose. I also like the bridge and the chord changes in this song; they’re all part of the Red Shift / Blue Shift equation. SOGP Music has done it again.

Right of the top I can say the sound is great. This is one of those songs that captures attention as soon as played. The sound is crisp. The guitar is just plainly awesome and hi-hats with cymbals are all very well tweaked. Overall the sound is just amazing.

Switching and blurring through the colors...

Spherical and ethereal vibe surrounds one while listening to these sounds of this track. Really nice guitar sounds and melodies with spherical effects guide through this halftime tune switching and blurring through the colors. I miss a little more power and crispness in production, which is solid to the ground in recording, but lacks a little mastering in the end. But I like it anyhow. Keep up the good work!

Dreamin'....

Love the tone & love the tune. I could feel myself laying out on a boat in the summer, just floating down the river, and this would be playing while we drifted. Would like to play drums to this sometime, we would have a good time. Keep up the good work, and post more.

Good stuff

Great musical piece. I love the structure and the intro. Well executed with the instruments and has a great vibe. It took me back a bit as music often does. Will hear it a few times more. Worth a listen.

Very original

I liked the octave/harmony doubled guitar melodies a lot. All instruments played skilfully and the production and sound were all very good. Guitar improvisations were also very good. Great instrumental track.

Absolutely love it!!

Dude!! First off kudos on a fantastic song! This instrumental piece pretty much sums up what great song making is made of. It had all the elements from the get-go, great melody line followed by awesome harmonies which brings me to the guitar playing. I found that the tone of the guitar and the expression of the peace flowed so fluidly. This is a melody line that will stay in my head for days. I also appreciate the fact that this song had certain breaks in it which will lead to getting the listener something new rather than some songs I’ve heard on N1M really go nowhere but this piece did. Exceptional work done by an extremely talented musician! Great job my friend keep it up!

Great Melody

The song Lost was very nicely created and put together. The piano in the background seems to hold the entire song together. There is always a strong presence of the song's title within the entire song. A very nice production of the use of instrumentation to support the vocals and melody of this composition. The song is easy on the ears and has a strong hook.
