Save My Soul Review
The balance of this song is wonderful, it does a great job of highlighting the female vocals. Speaking of which, her voice is echoing an Evanescence-like quality that I really enjoy. The electric guitar is clean and well-played, and I feel just enough of the bass to really appreciate the harmonies of this song. I enjoy the darkness of the male vocals that come in through the background and the power chords. As for the drums, they as simple and clean throughout the song. The kick drum really stands out, which i usually prefer being saved for songs with intricate double-bass drum rhythms, but I still enjoy hearing it here. The lyrics and the music fit well together. Overall, well done! Ben Promotions Lead for Mordus

Sodder Save My Soul.
Like flying through city soundscape on an albatross. Vocals are a semi-precious jewel beneath the moon twinkling with Pleiades, Matariki.

Well Put Together Recording!
This is a very well constructed song. The intro sounds great but I've heard the exact kind of intro before. Then there is some interesting variation. When the singer starts singing then the song has its uniqueness. Is there some kind of special effect on the singing? I would drop that and go with a more natural singing sound with just some reverb, time delay and maybe up the bass a little on the EQ. I would, also, turn up the vocals a little. Saying this is the last day of my life without mentioning something about going on almost sounds like suicide. That's kind of depressing. Other than that this is a very good performance.

The start of the song was strong and it held my attention then i got lost in the clash. The vocals made me pay attention again but eventually the song faded to the background and i just started rocking whether it made sense to my mind or not

Intro, really good. The second part is started too low, guitars are really solid. vocals on the low side but, I can hear the vocals clear enough. The overall structure of the song is very well put together. Could definitely envision watching a movie down the road and hear this song in a soundtrack. Great jam guys.

Hello! I like the vocalist and the guitaring, basic lyrics but good beat. however it feels a wee bit over mixed/mastered? You've got effects everywhere which kind of makes the song just hum along on a straight line to no where... nothing wrong with any of the muso's in this band/song, just feels like you could up the vibe somehow, throw in a little more dynamics? Keep going though, definitely heaps of potential there.
Review of "Last Day Remix."
Overall, great work! Well written song, good performances, and great vocals--very solid. The only downside is that it sounds very compressed. It sounds like the mix was great, but the limiter used for "mastering" was overly used to increase overall volume. Let it breathe! The song is suffering because of it... but don't let that get you down, it's a very minor tweak. Keep rockin'!

Great production, but just mainstream modern rock lacking in any real substance or personality. Lazy lyrics/rhyme scheme. It is pretty tight performance wise though.

Unfortunate, you have a great tune there for a true rock song. The problem being that the music is overtly loud,, the vocals are indistinct. A powerful song, ruined by the wrong balance. And it has even better potential because there are no dirty words in it, which makes it a salable household song! :) You should try to achieve the clarity of 00: to 00:27 of the backing music, The voice coming in at 00.28 is lost. So maybe drop the volume on 00.28 onwards to let the vocals come through. Get the idea from some artists on "Rock you like a hurricane" https://www.facebook.com/groups/443155805709730. I think your vocalist has a fabulous voice but totally squashed!

Hey Guys, great effort but you have to make some changes to the mix. Too much effect on the vocals, guitar, well, pretty much everything. Can't even hear the lyrics because too much of everything else plus the effects makes mud. Back to the mixing board. Clean it up and you might have something.

Like the energy. Solid performance. Good song. Mixing is too hot and muddy. Vocal too far back. Great potential.

besotted again!
this fucker's mixed loud- too damn loud! (loudness wars?) mix is mushy (told you so!!) and very midrangey would get irritating listening to more than a few toons vocal fx no good buries the singer too much lead guitar good solo but is a bit "masked" by the neighboring frequencies just a piss poor production fire the fucking recording engineer and start anew lot of potential here but show's you how a recording can fuck it all up
