I thought the sound was a little fuzzy at first. The Song gets deep, but I the word suicide scared me off. We all go through things in life, but thats something that had me a little worried about continuing to listen to the song. Some things I could relate to. The music does help heal also just FYI. You probably already know that. The song cut off. I tried to play again to make sure I didnt close it, but I would like to hear the rest of the song before I can really understanding the direction the song is going or if Im going to truly like it or relate to it. Should always purchase beat and get songs professionally mixed & mastered. In all honesty, mist high level industry people won’t listen to thirty seconds of a song with a bad or unprofessional mix.

Though a brief sample "You Don't Know Me" by Sir Neely has everything it needs to become a hit when released in full. I'm not sure if this request for review was to test the waters, but if it was then I got to say this song hahs potential. The first note of that piano is lucious & striking & it drove me right into the mood within' seconds. That piano intro brought me back to a rainy day sitting in the back seat of the car looking out the window & remembering my own grandmas which I lost in 2007 & 2010 respectively. What a shame it is to know that feeling & to picture myself in that situation but songs are supposed to make you feel & this one sure did! If I had one suggestion that would be that the final version does not include those many plug-ins in the voice as it sounds on key, ear-friendly & very popish. It's a commercial yet special voice that will thrive in the R&B/Hip Hop Charts & markets if it's brought out from underneath all those excesive post production plugs. My hat's off to this snippet! It's got a long succesful way to go!

This is a great result of great production partnered with some lyrics. The engineering on here was well executed as well. Sound like whoever recorded this did a great job as well. I was listening to this at a family get together and everyone agreed this is some good feeling music. why is this so short ....starts out with a really cool piano arpeggio , then walk itself in with the rapper . the vocal is mixed right up front .which is something that always impresses me. the overall mix is also balanced and well done , as the rapper enters the intrumentation fills out a bit heightening the vibe . I have learned through these lyrics that there is mass pain and struggle masked within this tune. I really enjoyed the intro music. Then melody very pleasing to the ears. I was surprised by the profanity in the lyrics. The story / message more than made up for the profane lyrics. I can certainly relate to the situations mentioned in the lyrics and understand the use of profanity. Thank you for sharing. I think this will be a hit on the hip-hop scene. PS.
