Shigeki Kawahara

This tune Had a smooth jazz feeling from the beginning. Nice tempo begun with the piano. Love the playing! The synthesized inner parts are true to tone color with same nice inside solo improve working going on. The fusion side of jazz is evident. Hope to hear more from this talented artist in the future!

Brazilian point of view

Hi, Shigeki, first of all, congrats for the good taste! Your tune sounds Brazilian Jazz to me. I like the vibe, kind of reminds me instrumental Bossa Nova, good choice of timbres, nice virtual instruments, good harmony, good keyboard performance (vho am I to say that? I'm a really bad keyboard player) but I like it, but the nice strings of the beginning desapeared after a while, I missed them for more time, talking with the other solos... I also think it could improve a little with more swing, which is typical of my country's music. Details! In short, I like the whole tune, feels good and relaxing to listen! Again, congrats!

The Streamliner

I like it I like it Bass & Drum track kinda weak but the Form of the song is THERE and it's good! I'm a bass player so a good solid drum & bass track is my thing but OVERALL this tune could Stand with any of the Others in this gendre????

Great fusion

Thinking of the great fusion years and filled with nostalgia ... keyboard musicians as Tom Grant, Dave Grusin, Don Grusin, David Benoit. lovely theme's and harmonics , nice orchestration and synth sounds but still sounding natural ... Great !!!

Smooooth smooth jazz

Combining the Slap Bass hits with the Bass synth really added some character to the composition. Dynamic piano playing. Enjoyed the smooth tempo and charismatic playing style. Well done!

Bop review

Alright people it's time for another bop review so let's get right into it. Ok it's a very slow jazz contemporary type sing this is a great sounding track nice bass and drum tracks and we'll placed percussion and rhythm guitars this song reminds me of russ freeman and the rippingtons with all the moody jazz riffs happening throughout the track.pretty cool keyboards and what sounded like wind instruments.overall I really enjoyed listening to this track.

Groovy Baby!

This is a wonderful play on the tune of "Streamline" which seems to effortless glide along. Reminds me of Don Grusin and a GRP jazz style using the grand piano as the basis for instrumentation and adding flute and cool percussion features. Great music for an elevator or phone hold. Makes me happy to be in my space wherever that is.

A Bright Colorful Movement...

Bonjour Shigeki, so nice to hear your continuation of 'melodic imagery'. After listening to this fine production...I am impressed with your outstanding piano/keyboard arrangements. The overall balance between the percussion - bass and other tracks offer colorful effects to the ear...as well as imagination. The composition is very therapeutic during stressful periods... You have succeeded again...Felicitions ! Barrymore
