The band has been formed in the year 2000 under the name of Requiem. As every band in the beginning we were struggling to find the style suitable for us. After a few lign up changes and style change w The band has been formed in the year 2000 under the name of Requiem. As every band in the beginning we were struggling to find the style suitable for us. After a few lign up changes and style change we found that Thrashmetal is what suits us the most. So in the year 2004 when we were recording our first demo entitled Inner Scars we decided to change the band name into Scarred as it fitted the agressiveness of our music. Now new songs are coming up alot more gigs even though we have played with big bands like Holy Moses from Germany or King's Evil from Japan. The new songs are more melodic but yet more aggressive then before. Modern Melodic Thrashmetal with slightly progressive influences giving our music the different edge to stand out of the mass.
