As part-time musician (N1M and Youtube R. S, Smith: Forever Your Own, Greater Love, I'm Gonna Have a Good Day, & Grandma Ran Over a Reindeer, etc.),and writer (R. S. Smith at Authorhouse.com: Two Sons from Egypt, and Escape from Paradise), life on a small hobby farm sometimes keeps me too busy to enjoy my craft. Besides numerous unfinished projects (including writing and music), I have 35 chickens, 2 not-so-well behaved dogs, and a wise old Tom Cat who tries to keep us all under his ambivalent watch. Life is a journey, but as a believer in Christ Jesus, like my cat, I am relatively unmoved by circumstances around me! I hope and pray that you as well are grounded in your faith. I am standing on the Rock (Jesus Christ) while the waves billow and boil about me. But God is watching over all, and what matters most is my faith in Him. I am just to be faithful, to do the next "right thing" He puts in front of me; to share acts of kindness, words of encouragement. and gestures of love.
