Hi Friends,
I'm recently in process to bring to life a new project with some great musicians and I'll be traveling to record and work with them.
The project is not define in details and we don't have any composition ready because we want to go in studio and write together from scratch like in the old days of band collaboration.
We have some guidelines though about the line up and the style we want to bring to life.
In preparation for this I'm working daily on my sound, choice of instruments to bring and effects but I realize that I'm kind of wasting my time.
Working on my musicianship is gonna be the must important thing I can bring to the plate and the sound will come from the fingers for the most part.
Listening to all my favorite musicians and the styles of music I like it is also very important especially to define what to not do or compose.
We're not trying to reinvent the wheel of course but try to do something unique it is the goal.
In the meantime if you d like to check my new cd here is the link:

I'm really believe that you'll find the music in here very surprising.
Thank you for reading this wherever you are.

This past days I felt a lot of body ache and overall physical fatigue with no real reason of why.
I always work hard trying to divide my day with list of things to do and try to make the most of it, balancing time between practice, meeting or contact with venues, errands and family but still I was not understanding why the fatigue.
Then in a moment of relax I got it, lately I m not in peace of kind with myself and that manifest in the body fatigue or bloating.
Worries bring nothing but trouble and comes out in different ways for each of us.
I always have to remember to work more of my peace of mind that of my task otherwise I will have side effect that will affect my productivity but mostly my positive and determined attitude.
Thank you for reading this wherever you are.
All the best

Good Day You All,
I finally published my new cd GEOGRAPHIC NATIONAL!
It's a very exiting news for me because the labor of almost 10 year is finally released.
It was quite a difficult process from the start because the idea itself it was so intriguing to me that I really wanted to bring it to life but it was music that has no real source of inspiration if not images in my mind.
The concept is: VISUAL MUSIC from the World, for that I had to rely mostly on a visual inputs and translate them to music.
I'm quite proud of the result and I've already sold hard copies through my performances but mostly I'm having great feedback from all the people especially non musicians.
I thought it was going to be a "musicians" album but I'm kind of surprise that everyone found the music quite easy to listen.
I have to thanks a lot of people for this album, particularly maestro Charles Burgi and Denny Jiosa.
Truly virtuoso musicians are present in this CD from Denny Gottlieb (Pat Metheny) to Marco Porcu to Denny Jiosa (Kirk Whalum,) to Christian Howes (Randy Breaker, Bill Evans).
I don't believe in founding campaign for producing my music but if you'd would like to support the finish product I'll truly grateful.
Here is the link where you can download the CD naming your price for it!

I got across recently to some books and video classes about business and the mind set behind it and all of them have common ground at the end that result in these two qualities you must have or develop: Hard work ethic and Originality.
Originality is something that can spread wide like a tree but that be yourself, no matter what, is gonna help you to succeed in what ever your try to accomplish.
I thought that the concept is being touched and shared million times especially now with social media and as great as it can be that was something I felt it was missing and it was "accept the originality of anyone".
This concept is the key part of being original and makes you see things in a complete different perspective.
We'll be able to accept and be ok with anyone else being even when they are so far apart of who you are.
It's a daily practice and require more attention because is something that will bring the total focus and balance that will reflect in every aspect of my life.
Hope you'll spent a great Christmas time and hope the best 2017 for all.
Here is a video another song from my guitar album that is art work stage as we "speak".

In these Thanksgiving days that was a lot of time off from my regular activities of teaching and daily tasks.
I had some days alone and I was in my routine around the house and some errand to do outside and the silence of my surrounding make me think more.
I could not notice of how many people around the city are doing volunteer job or activities for other and that remand me how fortunate and blessed I am for do the life I do.
I start to feel grateful in a very deep way for everything and having spent these last few days with other families I got to be sincerely happy about all I have and do.
I'm just feeling happy to be alive and healthy and be able to make choices, a lot of people don't have that luxury and we can see that everywhere from the streets where we live to any social media.
It's really time for gratitude and it's start from within every morning.
I want to deeply thanks every person in every part of the world that do something for the less fortunate in their communities, it's great act of humanity, Thank you.
Thank you for reading this where ever you are.

I recently came back from some travel that kept me busy for the the entire month of June.
Whenever I travel I m always very observing of the different areas, places, real estate values, architectural but mostly I observe how people live and get to the daily routine of their life.
What I m always pay attention is the expression that people have and aware of the fact that each person has battles and struggles to deal in various moments, it s still a good indicator for me of the feeling of that environment.
I found out through my years of travels that elderly citizens are the one I observe the most to have an indication of the quality of life and I'm always very curious about the system in which each country I visit works.
The social interaction is a very important factor in this equation and the level of respect and kindness to each other and especially strangers is a key factor for a good quality of life.
I rarely follow and never talk about politics or religion because these are topics that devide people, sometimes in angry ways.
After getting experience from each place I visit my conclusion are pretty much the same: kindness and respect bring the most to make a good feeling in every person I deal with and my place I the world is try to bring beauty through my music.

Some months back I had the pleasure to be called to perform my music for a very wealthy family, it was a birthday of one of the member and the evening was very private.
I approached the event as I always do, focused and professional and I'm always myself in the way I communicate with anybody.
Even though there was no intimidation at all, some sort of a curiousity was part of my state of mind.
Because the evening was private, the entire room was very intimate and as much as I could be discrete and focus on my performance I could not avoid to hear their conversations and interactions.
Throughout the entire evening I heard nothing but words of respect and encouragement for each other, the sincere admiration and gratefulness they have for each other it was such an example on how people and mostly family members should treat each other and feel of each other.
My curiosity became admiration at this point for the human being that they are, I was fully aware of their generosity throughout their many foundations but the success in their businesses was greatly deserved.
I heard lots of times saying "Of course! when you have all that money it's easy be happy and grateful" weather instead we have plenty of examples of the exact opposite.
Lots of successful people learn about being happy and grateful as the foundation for their success and not the other way and try to alway watch the good side of a person it s a practice discipline and not a given.
They surely have hundred of problem they have to deal daily: bad publicity, public attacks, law suits but that is not gonna altering their stability and solid conviction about their loved one and their passions.
I left the evening with a gratefulness not just for the event, the music and the wine (best red wine I ever taste….) but for what I learn about life through the example I witnessed for the entire evening.
Thank you for reading this wherever you are.
Until next…….All the best

I'm back on writing a blog after quite some time.
I traveled a lot during these last 4 months and very fortunate to travel for business or pleasure I had the time to think and reflect about certain thing I was not paying attention in the past year.
EXPERIENCE!
With the daily life and the pursuit of my achievement I took the risk of loosing focus on the things that are most important, which it was spending time with my family and dedicate time to friends and personal relax.
I forgot how important it was to just take time for exercise or take a walk or just have a glass of wine while reading a book, not even mentioned about taking a vacation!
I start to realize that trying to getting better as musician or improve my business DO NOT mean forget about everything else because otherwise that is no purpose on doing all of that.
My business it's just part of my day and and the rest of my day has to be focus on my wife and my daughter first and than friends and myself as well.
Everything can be done with the discipline of organization and dividing the task on my day, knowing that after the working day there is life which at the end is most important than everything else.
Whenever I travel now I don't bring my bass or anything else related to music anymore (beside my IPod) and I just want to be in the moment and experience the places or reading the books or meeting people.
I re-discovered that doing this bring my energy and creativity at much higher level when I get back to my studio and make me a better person all the way around.
On the music side, the mixing of my record is still going and we're on the final 2 songs, complicated process…….stay tuned.
In the meantime I have all the compositions for the new record that are ready for the studio!!
These 2 record will be completely different from the first one

I want to apologize with you all for being absent for such a long time (6 weeks that I recall).
I had some serious spyware problem with my computer that drag the situation for all this time and it s just a week that I m able to work "the net" again.
By the way if on your screen pops an Apple alert message don't call that number because its not Apple.
Probably most of you are much more savvy on these matter than me but that what I learned.......
I hope to still found you all there and I ll try to keep the weekly appointment straight.
NAMM show was in between also.
I will talk about this next blog.
I'm playing a lot if solo guitar gig lately, here a little snip.
Thank you for your patience
All the best
