Tha Remnants Kamp is a group of various artists and individuals bornagain love music christian rap, Reggae, Ragga, Worship and just Singing. I grew up in nairobbery in the 80’s. My family listened to a lot of music Soul music, Rap and were very talented break dancers (remarkable!!!), Lengala (African/Kenyan music), Rhythm & Blues, Reggae, Rock basically almost all kinds. .. I got the opportunity to enjoy the music and picked up from there. As I grew up the main styles that were very influential to me were soul music, rap and rhythm and blues and a little rock. Come the late 80’s and earlier 90’s hiphop rap was the main music that had really heat! at that time the likes of snoop dogg, tupac, mob deep, nastrademus, lostboyz and I liked their styles rap underground and slowly began picking up. But never went far with recording; what I wrote with my friends (we smoked a lot of marijuana (expired link)) I headed the wrong way.( Was bornagain earier then Re-dedicated my life to Christ). Came to find out there was gospel/Christian rap was shocked (skilled) with the like’s of T-bone, gospel gangsters, antonius, prime minister, corey red,cross movement, dunamis etc. .. I told a friend that I liked rap music, he also rapped. I showed him some of my lyrics; he liked them then asked me if I could do a song with him, on their album; I was happy too; it was a cypha and began from there.. It played for a while on the radio the response was good; did a couple of road shows with him. Later decided to do my music; though the cost of recording was expensive to get what one wanted (expired link) the track (not being able to get experienced/talented hip hop producers) and mastering etc. Wasn’t able to release any music but wrote a lot. .. And at the moment am working, to finish my album self production though it needs work I can say its upcoming and a must to listen to. I would like to release a single or so then the album. I keep it real in my lyrics I tell it as it is; what’s in my heart and bring it out through rap music or even poetry; mainly to educate, worship, praise, and talk about my past experiences that will help and give direction to all, give a revelation as God speaks to me (That’s The Core!), and about Social evils like in Kenya we have Tribalism unlike racism the united states yeah i speaks it out educate kick relevant intelligent rhymez on track . I’d like to be able to practically put in action all the ideas that I have in mind it's like a "prison break (tha series that never ends)" that the ideas never stop flowing working i hope to work with producers and other artists and explore to full capacity my potential and telling others about the Salvation of Jesus Christ to mankind. ..
