Tranquility means ‘calm, witch basically defines him, an upcoming artist and songwriter that is on a journey to become one of reggae music’s great. His genre of music is mainly reggae-cultural, but he is incredibly versatile. He was born in Guyana but left in 1992 at age 5 and now settles in the district of West Prospect, St. Catherine, Jamaica. He then started to learn about the real reggae music and fell in love with. Tranquility defines his music as relaxing, realistic, while at the same time, youthful and fun.
He has done music for J&G Records out of England and Plug Socket Records hear in Linstead St. Catherine. His first release was in 2011, being featured on the ‘3 the hard way’ CD produced by J&G Records with his song “In the City” on the Cool Vybes Riddim which also features the likes of, Little Hero, Luciano, Craiggis, among others. He has since been featured on the Blaze it Riddim, with his song Nothing in This World, Inner Soul Riddim, with his song Bun Down Babylon, Roll Out Riddim, with his song Like A Lion all produced by J&G RECORDS. This gain him airplay on popular radio stations local and abroad such as IRIE FM
