We are still waiting for Spring to arrive in St. Paul, Minnesota - USA - March 21 came and went and we still have 8" of snow on the ground and it's cold out. What's up with that? Last year it was 70 degrees outside. So we've had enough of Winter - and can't wait to play outdoors.
