N1Music News Letter from/by PaulgizzMartinez

I'd like to share a traditional Mexican dance song called a "Huapango" that means 'wood stomp'. It originated in the area of Vera Cruz, San Luis Potosi, Hidalgo area with people like my Great great grandfather (on my mom's side) that came over from Spain and mixed with the indigenous Indian cultures in the 19th Century. We put a little spin on it. I posted Pt.2 on here but you can hear Pt.1 on the list if you like. It's a long song. I hope you enjoy it as much as I had playing it everywhere I toured with La Movida Band from Corpus Christi, Texas. See you in 2 weeks again ~ PEACE/LOVE & ROCK n' ROLL!!
