NEXUS was formed in February of 2002 by William and Jim Smith in an experiment in a "space metal" type sound. After Jim departed, William continued on with NEXUS as a solo project, releasing a handful of demos, singles and two full-length albums, "Illuminance" in 2011 and "G5" in 2022.
