I've got a Real Good Feeling About This

Hey there, amazing souls! First off, let me just say, WOW! What a journey it's been, and I'm beyond grateful to each and every one of you for joining me on this wild ride. Seriously, the fact that we're all here, together, supporting each other's passion for music, it's nothing short of magical. Sometimes I think that more and more people are getting to know my name. There are so many high caliber musicians in my network that I have to admit that I have a place on stage with the best of the best and I’m truly honored to stand with such qualified eyes and ears. Hey I see you all and you all rock. And just as much, to the people that enjoy listening to all the different genres that help them go though the days of the week and so on and so on. I see every one of those likes and shares. These days your inputs add to the algorithms that make the pennies turn to the nickels to the dimes to quarters. So every bit helps and I support artist as well. I say again that talking with you all is especially fun and interesting. One time this guy told me after a gig and says Hey Morris, (they used to call me little Jimi too I thought that was so cool lol) You play so fast that I can't hear it sometimes. " That really stuck with me so I gotta remind myself to slow up sometimes lol. As such at times what I do is during a solo I'll be way out there for a measure or so,,and respectfully cause when I want to play fast....lol...It's like BLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBLBL if you will, lol and them come back down for a measure with the bass, drums and keys whatever. Then guess what,,,I'll get froggy again!!!!!!!!!....lol..... Another thing is that I have played so much by myself that I am always crossing overing and blending the tracks in my riffs and pops, and pings, and pows, if you can imagine. I don’t play just a regular song tracks at times. It’s like I’m thinking ahead in time and thinking about that note I'm about to hit is a few measures, then time the windup to start bringing along lessons learned reaching and passing thru the doors of this labor of love along the way. Now let’s address the Elephant in the room can we? I mean I'm 68 now and I ask myself, who make's it at 68? Then I look at what I have left to bring to the stage and honestly, I can't do the pelvic stands like I used to. I mean I had a really tough pelvic stand too...sorry ya'll, you gotta take my word for it for the most part but if I get my second knee replacement,,,1,2,3,LOOKOUT!!!!! Lol. And playing now for over 50 years I find still find myself with a pretty solidly strong hand strength as I practice chording and exercise my palms and fingers. Also realistically I'm looking to do what I do in more or less 3 years to lay it all out there so we can film it and bring it home to enjoy for generations to come. That’s a lot in a nutshell I know Huh? Lol. So to answer the question, "who makes it at 68"? lol....Well I’m thinking,,,,,Morris Taylor can. lol...That's right..I said it, I meant it, and I'm here to represent it too. lol. And I have to show everyone just how I much I appreciate the support to everyone that passes my music on to other's and please continue to do so. And stand by, in addition to adding See You Running, Long Way Home and now DOOM THE BOMB which thankfully are doing very well in the Funk and Psychedelic Rock Charts are telling me I must be doing something right. Tascam and I can do anything I want. Makes me want to laugh like a mad scientiist. Hahahahahahahahah....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Let me just say, the possibilities are endless!, So, to all of you incredible souls who have been spreading the word, sharing my music with others, and cheering me on from the sidelines, I want to express my deepest gratitude. Be it known, You are the heartbeat of this musical journey, and I couldn't do it without each and everyone of you. As we continue to ride this wave of inspiration and creativity, I invite you to stand by for what lies ahead. Together, we're writing the next chapter of this incredible adventure, and I have a feeling it's going to be nothing short of legendary. I’ve been saying this lately to a lot of you. My music respectfully like “the soup of the day” same as “song of the day”, is best served and shared with friends. All My Love, Peace and Happiness, Morris "Moon" Taylor
