Dear Subscribers, Thank you so much for following me and supporting my music! I am currently working on recording a new album of originals with my amazing band, and we are very excited about it. Here is one of the songs that will be featured on this album, this one co-written with Hugo King. Hugo is an Austin composer who came to my shows and enjoyed them. A year later, he came to me with a proposal to record a song that he had written for me. He was very generous, accepting my feedback on it and allowing me to tweak the lyrics and melody to make it my own. It is called N'essaye Pas (Don't You Dare) and is the story of a woman in an unhealthy relationship, who finally stands up for herself and tells her lying partner that she can no longer accept his lies.
