Growing up to the 90s sounds of hip hop. Soul Enforcer developed a passion for writing songs and producing beats. Soul Enforcer has produced 3 solo underground demos, 2 locally produced documentary's, and has performed throughout the DMV, East coast area. Shannon in 2011 has completed a cd demo. Entitled " Tha' 2nd Throne" Which consist of 8 complete tracks. All 8 tracks produced, arranged and composed by Soul Enforcer.
