By coincidence, March 27 is National Joe Day. It is obscure how this day started, but it is a day when you can call anyone Joe or Jo. Of course, I am partial to any day that celebrates 'Joe.' You can celebrate with a cup of Joe and Sloppy Joes, although I think I might prefer a beer with mine. By the way, here is a great healthy recipe for Sloppy Joes by beautidiva.
