Jim Savarino

Jim lives in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills and is a full time performer and songwriter. Born and raised in West Virginia, his acoustic style reflects his Appalachian roots, with uplifting, poetic lyrics and melodies influenced by folk, bluegrass and country.

Jim's 'Fairwell to Morgantown' Concert!

Join Jim for his final Morgantown performance before he heads out to the western Sierra's to the town of Oakhurst, CA. He will be performing two sets of original songs and some favorite covers.

Jim is a West Virginia songwriter originally from Wheeling, WV.

The WV Sierra Club wrote: "Great WV singer/songwriter with best coal mining song since John Prine's Paradise."

Jim's song: "Walkin' Shoes" appears in the 2016 documentary film "Tyrus", about the life of Disney artist Tyrus Wong.

Admission is $10, doors open at 7:30 pm, concert starts at 8 pm.
