Jarmar Alu formerly Known as KeMo was Born on November 20,1989 in Charleston Sc. Jarmar Alu grew up singing in the choir and in church and performing at local events. He started writing music at the age of 14. Artist like Luther Vandross, Britney Spears, Adam Lambert, Marcus Houston, Beyoncé and Lisa Fischer has inspired Jarmar Alu. When Jarmar Alu started college in fall 2008 performing with his group called (GYM) Grown Young Men, but at 2 years the group disbanded. Jarmar Alu released his first album whoiskemo July of 2009. After heavy promotions, he began to work on mixtapes and EP’s. Jarmar Alu has a Bachelors in Visual Communications wand Masters degree in Education from The American InterContinental University. He is currently finishing a Doctoral in Business Administration. Jarmar Alu has performed in many places in the United States. He has also charted #1 pop on SC #5 R&B GA Atl, #50 pop NYC & #120 pop LA on Reverbnations charts. Jarmar Alu works can be found online. He is currently released his a double this year on iTunes (ExPosEd & LonDon). He recently released an EP called "Tumblr" on iTunes and reunited with his group “GYM” to complete their final album "Street Love" that can be found on iTunes. Jarmar Alu is the future of music and performance.
