First LHASA is the name of the Hollywood club where the song was recorded. All our music is live we never rehearse! Lahasa was recorded at our very first gig. The band was in a good mood/pumped up! A performance tribe of Avant-garde Musicians Artiest and Poets. Note at every other gig GOZ did had many more people in the band. Lahasa band members where: Tequila Mockingbird – Vocals - Base Guitar - She had to be carried on to the stage. She played the whole performance laying down on the stage with her base and mike - Tequila is a Hollywood legend! MR T - Ken Tao on Base Guitar Marc Levinthal (Alien) – Guitar – He plays the Guitar but does not like it to sound like one. At every GOZ gig he is the only one playing a Guitar. At the beginning of the show Marc touch the mike and got such a big electrical shock he fell to the floor and his hair exploded and he could not speak. It made a big boom sound SHOCKING and scary!!! Snakepit - Eddie Edwards - On Sax - The incredible cool cosmic Snakepit was playing nonstop. He has the ability to hold a note for ever by circular breathing. A technique used by players of some wind instruments to produce a continuous tone without interruption. This is accomplished by breathing in through the nose while simultaneously pushing air out through the mouth using air stored in the cheeks. Zatar - Vocals - Electronic Synthesizer - Zatar would move his fingers in supersonic frantic spazmatic insanity becoming the instruments sounds. Zatar also stood on his head. Phil - on drums – Phil got so into the beats with such a rush of adrenaline so obsessed with what was happening that half way through the set Phil cut his hand and kept on playing as red blood was shooting around the stage.
