    "Raise the roof for Casa Jimmy" is a 12 hour musical open mic for young and old. We want to raise money for repairs to the daycare centre Casa Jimmy and to fund a child psychologist there in Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro, where street children and pregnant teenaged girls from the favelas can go for a meal, care, lessons, music, art and play. The centre was built with a donation from Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin in 1998 by www.taskbrasil.org.uk, to whom all proceeds from this event go.
