MUSICIAN , ARRANGER , PRODUCER, SONGWRITER; instruments: 1st guitar( eletric, acoustic, classic) 2nd bass ( eletric, acoustic, uprightbass) he started music carieer at the end of 1991. · Later around 7 months of musical search, he completed his own repertoire of originals songs; · In December 1996 to the "Paestum Festival" of Salerno combined to the C.E.T. of Mogol, together with the artists Franco Fasano, Michele Pecora,Gatto Panceri, Adriana Ruocco; he's was judged by the criticism as more original songwirter. · In June 97 they open, as guests of honor together with Fausto Leali and Nadine Rinaldi the second edition of the national "Festival of the sun" in Pozzallo. · In September 1997, he participated to "Colors of the Mediterranean" an exibition of theater-musical mixtures made in the oriental Sicily; · In May 98 he served as band support to the 2 concerts of the Matia Bazar in Sicily; · In June 1998 publicate his first cd "Extreme". it is distributed to a large extention of the italian territory, getting good broadcast consents; · Between July and September 1998 he was in tour in the whole oriental Sicily; · In October 1998 they participate in the national selections for the 49th edition of the Sanremo Festival in Rome; · 2002 /03 collaborate as arrangers and musicians near the GG Disco Milan Edizioni musical of the M° Carmelo Fidelio ex songwriter of the “Dik Dik “ band · In 2003 he participated in different ethnic reviews in Sicily among these "Vientu r'amuri resigns of poetry and Sicilian music where it gets a good consent from the criticism and he was published in many national and regional daily paper; · 2004 he participate with two songs "Friddu" and "Luna Cina" of the album "Extreme" to the realization of a dvd on "St. Conrad Confalonieri" as soundtracks. · 2006 in collaboration with RAI2 EDUCATIONAL, RAI TRADE Milan and the Dune Television of Budapest, under the artistic direction of Isabella Astengo and the Producer Loredana-Boboli De Lamas, made a documentary “SICILIARTE” of 30” transmitted in the Rai net in the tv programm “Einstein” of Rai2 educational as soundtracks; · 2008 Producing a new album “Kosmos” . · 2009 tour date in Italy and germany reutlingen ,Stuttgart , to promote kosmos. · 2010-2012 guitar sideman for many covers rock blues pop bands in sicily and italy Kind of music Cover band 60-70-80-90- hit standart jazz, blues ecc. 70”dance music 80” dance and rock music; latin music; blues, R&B , ethnic music; pop and Italian music, and own mus Professional experiences entertainer in marriage parties, pubs, sports events, live karaoke , private celebrations. ECM (Electric coffee machine) is releasing first album “Out from the plastic box” during autumn
2015.
This is group is a fresh newcomer to music-scene in Finland and in all around the world.
ECM is a perfect mix of italian (sicilian) and finnish talent.
The heart of the band is Mikaela Mansikkala from Helsinki and Salvatore Lucchesi from Pachino.
Salvatore is professional musician, songwriter, producer and arranger. He is a big fan of Finland!
He has visited Finland many times and keeps coming back. Salvatores instruments are guitar
and bass. He started his music career already in 1991. He has released two albums of his own
songs and produced many italian artists as well. Salvatore has years of experience playing in
cover bands and he is able to play any kind of music from 60-90s hits, latin music, jazz
standards to rock music. You name it. Salvatore has been bass and guitar sideman for some
famous italian artists. He has also worked for Italian TV.
Mikaela is a singer-songwriter, performer and also mother of a little boy. She has a long history
(from 1993) of making music with different producers/bands. She has also worked as a
show-dancer, as an actor and as a director. This spring (2015) she was doing backing vocals
and acting in Rock Opera called "Playing God/Corky Laing and the Perfect Child" directed by
Kate Mueth. It was performed in New York, in an off-Broadway theatre. Mikaela also performed
(summer 2015) in ”Voyeur Berlin” directed by the same director.
Mikaela and Salvatore met in very unique way. Mikaela heard some Salvatores work (in 2014)
from an album she was given by coincidence. She contacted this amazing songwriter and
Salvatore loved her unique voice. He started to compose songs for her and Mikaela started to
write lyrics/stories to the songs. First they worked only through internet because of the distance.
In summer 2015 Mikaela flew to Sicily to do recordings in Salvatores studio. She got signed by
his record label South Recordings Production. Mikaela and Salvatore decided to unite their
forces and establish a group. Their band is called ECM which stands for Electric Coffee
Machine. Music style is melodic power rock.
Their first album Out from the plastic box is full of beautiful melodies and strong emotions. Every
song has its special story. Every piece has a deeper meaning.
“ The darker the night closer the dawn. Who suffered the most are strongest of all. And am still
breathing”.
