Hello fans, news from the western front: I’ve just completed forming a new band to play out in Santa Cruz and some of the local wineries. Practice sessions start next month in hopes we should be playing live by end of August. New bands name will be The Summit Project with collaboration from my old friend Dan Miranda on bass. We’ll be playing tunes from Santana and various other artists as well as some originals of mine. Come check us out!

International Contemporary Jazz Recording Artist Charles Lid has been recording and playing internationally for 48 years, he has recently released 5 tracks from an unreleased album called Cherry Street from 2005. He has played with some of the jazz greats of our time both locally and internationally. He currently is working with a new band locally and will be booking gigs in the greater San Francisco Bay Area in 2022. Look for The peace and rhythm orchestra locally. As new songs are recorded, he has promised to release them on line for your listening pleasure.
