Unique song with a chill, exotic vibe

The title "Indian project" could probably be improved. But hopefully this is just a work in progress and you were already planning to do that. Also, you should be aware that "radio ready" songs are typically between three and five minutes in length. At six minutes and fifty-one seconds, your song goes well past that. Anyhow the vibe of this song is pretty cool and definitely unique...although I'm not sure I'd classify it as pop music....

Nice !

What a wonderful track! Is there way that I can purchase this track or something? I love the drums and the streams and overall the sound is really amazing. I can see myself living in this track right now as we speak.

4 songs in one

Is this a test track? Basically a long intro time marker then drums, with a backing pad and a rather pan flute sounding instrument. It's like mixing Spa with Rock stock tracks. I would take out the rock drums completely and may have tabla or something that would work. Then it meanders into a guitar ditty which felt somewhat spanish. I'm not sure what the plan was but if this is bunch of experiments it worked. I feel there are many different songs in here. Separate them out into different songs. The part in the middle is the best for 70's instrumental, the beginning without the drums is spa like. So try about 4 different songs instead. have fun.

I find this song interesting due to it's instrumental variations.

First, it starts slowly and one is excitedly wondering and expecting what comes next, But then comes an explosion with a faster and professionally played drums tempo and style.bringing the song to another atmosphare that gets one imagining watching a concert of a strongly built set of professionals on the stage in a jazz festival.Yeah! I love this song. Also the change from a jazz instrumental style to Indian melodical feeling makes it unique. Keep it up guys. I like your style as a drummer...

Indian Project Review

Interesting fusion of styles. I like the mixing between styles and the guitar work in the middle of the song. Love the groove of that section of the song. Not sure if your classification should be pop and pop rock. Sound more like a jazz or world piece to me. But sounds good anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed this song from the middle on. I liked it in the beginning section, but REALLY liked it from the middle. Great work!

Eastern Fragmental Dream Music

The first part (1/3) of this song I didn't like much. For me it sound like an extended intro, to create some atmosphere. I didn't like the metronome in it, and the drums were too loud. They consume all attention at the beginning. I rather would put more focus on the flute. Then after the intro it sound more familiar to me. Nice guitar play and rythm alongside. I personally would like to have it started that way. The other part (2/3) of the songs are pretty interesting. Sometimes the drums are slighty not in sync. But other then that it sounds nice. There are quite some variations, so it kept my attention. Overall nice atmospheric dream music.

Hello from Jerzy..

I'm not sure what is that...all I hear some drum machine...and some guitar...I guess a Indian Folk Tune...is hard to put some touch on something like that...I do not see any market for Music like that...all I will say this is NOT POP or Rock Tune... I will put that in Experimental Jazz....Jerzy...

Diversité

A music very diversified, worked in several different parts, what avoids the boredom but can disturb the listener: there is a pleasant general atmosphere which gets free of it. Lots of good ideas in this composition! We fall again on the initial theme at the end: the circle is completed; bravo!

Excellent instrumental based music!

Have listened to this instrumental based music a couple of times. Grabed me right from the start. Nice tunes with a great mixture of progressive rock-pop, with classical and jazz elements, inspired by world music. The keyboard sounds are brilliant and creates a meditative atmosphere. The digital tunes including soft melodic flute impression and come at the right time. This extra factor brings increasing feeling into the music. I also like the clear acoustic sound of the virtous played guitar. Alan finds the right chords. These studio recording unleash the imagination with indian infused style and great beat from tablas and different percussion during drums are still concentrated on jazz-fusion style. Not really easy especially in the fills, but this extra factor brings more feeling into the song. Harmonically melodies inspired by electronic infused sounds are fantastic arranged and coming at the right time. The instruments are masterfully played by a multitalented musican and stand out. This is definitely a very professional and creative composition from Alan G. I´m sure, you will also enjoy what you hear and like to add it.

good experimental music

i liked the song and the misture Sounds good to me,I like listening to experimental songs. still with a good guitar sound, sounds like a free jazz the percussion is combining with the style of the song

good music

Not my type of music I play and listen. Drums and Indian pipe never sounds great. Some people may like it. Should be under category "experimental". A little bit of rock, jazz, easy listening, a total mixture.

Love the Voicings !

Love the Voicings ! Well Played... As a Producer, I can share, Drums, percussion is at times lacking accuracy... The vibe is ever so NICE !!! I just wanted more! The Guitar sonic signature is very very nice... The tablas of course rule here !!! Thx for sharing this delightful piece of music !!!! Looking forward to hearing more... :-)

Good mood

A good mood intro. A slow nice Build up with a cool drummer. The song has somehow an asian character. But also som latin with the nice guitar part. Its a jam feeling too. With that jazzy grow in the middle part.

No reservations about AlanG's Indian project

This is a very evocative piece of music. It conjures up so many images of native indian tribes. After a mournful start the music becomes more upbeat without ever losing the ethnic vibe. This music is well worth investing time to listen to. I would suggest in a darkened room when alone for the best effect.
