I am happy to have some put some of my old songs in a new CD called "Hollywood Apt. Tapes".These were done during the 70's when I moved from London where I had recorded a track on which Stevie Winwood played the organ .. to Hollywood. I was fortunate to have the iconic jazz piano player and songwriter, Dave Frishberg (" I'm Hip", "My Attorney Bernie", Peal Me a Grape")contribute the arrangements on these songs . They are hearable on i tunes etc.Fun stuff and some a little sad !Like those times.I met a lot of talented people in Hollywood . Joni Mitchell, Carol King, Ella Fitzgerald, Stan Getz and many more . I was once invited to a small gathering of a drummer friend (Bugsy)and a fellow came in and sat on the floor to play his new record for us before it came out. His name was James Taylor.
