Hello in Christ,
First, I thank God for giving me the passion for the creative and fine arts in general. All Glory to Him. I also want to thank all of you for subscribing and for sending encouraging messages. They encourage me to write and record more. I write songs to encourage and point people to Jesus, and I pray God will continue to use my songs to do so. Thanks and blessings in Jesus, angie

Hello in Christ,
This is Angie. Thought you might want to know what I am up to. 4 months ago I moved from Palmyra, IL to my family's home town, Austin, MN because I was in a season of burn-out in the last ministry I was in (worship and youth). Yes burn-out is not a nice word but I learned that God works through burn-out and uses seasons like this for His glory. I have been working with special ed. students in the Austin Public Schools system getting calls every day to sub as a paraprofessional, ie, teacher's aid. I am also in a Matchbox Children's Theatre play, "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No-Good, Very Bad Day" and that's been a lot of fun. Our performance dates are coming up quick, the first weekend of February. I have also served as a worship leader and worship team volunteer in a few different churches in the area. Goals I have for the future include doing some concert gigs at churches and other venues and maybe even recording some more music. So in summation, been healing and resting from burn-out but also taking steps to continue to use my gifts for God. Seeking God through reading the Bible and prayer and continuing to do what I am passionate about (Sunday morning worship music, young adult Bible study, theatre, helping special ed. kids-a love that I believe is growing, building relationships, sharing God's love and truth to people as much as possible). Blessings in Jesus on your new year 2016, angie
