I really like you to take the time to stay in a healthy set of mind ,don’t worry to much, do some stuff at home that you always push back and listen to uplifting music ,play games ,go in your back yard start the bbq ,get in touch with your friends and family & grand parents on skype or FaceTime, remind you of all the good time we laugh about silly things, if it’s safe, go for a walk around thé block, keep distance.
