Howdy Friends,  I really need to tell you that Theresa and I are so stoked about the overwhelming number of friends we have made in such a short amount of time. That being said, I am humbled and grateful to be addressing you today. the GasLighters is a music project/partnership for two singer, songwriter, guitarists (Theresa and MySelf) to showcase their original music. However, the topic of doing cover tunes, now and then, has been met with some mixed revues Terri believes that  We should play our original compositions exclucively. I ,on the other hand, feel that playing covers (once in awhile ) feeds my inspiration to write and play guitar. If I do some stuff that I, myself did not write...it helps me lighten up inside. So.....what do you think?  Are covers un-cool ? A wasre of time ? Id like to hear from You as to what your thoughts and opinions are on this subject.  Send in a  Message saying "Covers" or "Originals" and feel free to elaborate.
