About 5 story
The group 5 Story was built around our bassist Banner Thomas, who was the original bass player for the real "Molly Hatchet" not the fakes running around now posing as Molly Hatchet. Among his credits were Hatchets most famous songs like Flirtin With Disaster and Beatin the Odds and Take No Prisoners. The song on this 5 Story CD, Bury the Hatchet, is about the angry Banner Thomas who is venting towards the record company and a certain present member of the fakes called Molly Hatchet now!!! It was his frustration on being cheated out of his royalties for the songs he wrote. Trying to upload more of our songs but having issues! Banner passed away in April of 2017...miss my buddy so much!!!!
