As soon as the song started I knew I was going to like it, then in came the lead vocal and yes cool! Such a cool tune, great vocals & harmonies. A well crafted song just up my street personally. I will listen to more of these guys and this tune is defo something that would sit well on any national radio station!

Very interesting arrangement, not the typical verse-verse-chorus-solo-chorus-end thing but a series of different parts following each other. My favourite one is the second last with these stunning vocal harmonies. The lead voice sounds brilliant, the drum sound is powerful and the guitar riffs have this lovely crunch that creates a lot of energy. The final chord is different than expected again - quite some surprises in here. Very well done.

The single guitar intro leads us into a wonderfully emotional song. The vocals are excellent, and the lyrics are relatable to me personally. I'm sure most listeners will also find their own meaning in the lyrics. We've all had to leave someone we cared about, or vice versa. The song is great overall, and I believe that the band is striving to make this a true rock song. It's not just another recording by another band. The production is excellent, the style is modern yet classic, and it's something many people will enjoy.

This music is so pure. The vocals are deep, brings out the wolves from within. I haven’t been much of a rock music fan but songs like these boost up the mood. Shoutout to the guy who did this, and his team.

Dieses lied ist ein Stück welches auch so direkt im Radio gespielt werden könnte ohne das man sich darüber gedanken macht, uhh ist vielleicht doch ein Hobby Musiker. Die Melodiefolge die es zu einem Top hit machen würde fehlt mir in diesem Stück. Wie gesagt ich finde es gut. Sollte ich den Song allerdings am nächsten Tag nochmal hören wäre er jetzt nicht so das ich mich erinnern könnte.

When I first was listening to this tune, which is a medium tempo rock tune, my first impression that with a few minor changes to the arrangement, this could be a a modern country hit tune. But that's not the way band sounds. The intial harmony brought me to thinking Drive/Incubus harmonies. Strangely, I accessed the tune by looking for "Easy Listening" and somehow this tune came up? Decidedly, the tune is easy on the ears, making it easy to listen to. However, to my ears, the tune sounded rock, slightly alternative rock, in the arrangement. The vocals are fine and professional. The music accompanying, production and physical performance, is professional. So IMHOP this is an excellent tune with hit potential as a modern country tune. The artist dilemma is, "How much do you compromise your art for success?" So great tune. Great vocals. Great instrumentals. (Great instrumentals to me, means they fit the song and compliment the tune, not necessarily anything to do with playing solos). My favorite John Coltrane, Led Zeppelin, Beatles, Stones, Otis Redding etc. tune rates a 5.0. I don't just give out 5's for every tune to be magnanimous and polite. It devalues a rating system, IMHOP, if you give every effort the highest marks possible-However, this tune "Since I Left You Behind" is a fine effort by this artist.

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song we're getting a song that should be in The Breakfast Club soundtrack for Molly Ringwald and Emelio Estevez wondering why their teen angst inspired love won't stand the test of time, or past finals. Zap always delivers a unique song and I seriously wish we could do a project together. Such a fun time each song. Thank you!

Super well played piece of country crossover with multiple feels going on. The Harmonies are considerably impressive, especially the opening salvo, which has a very Ty Tabor feel to it. The guitar tone is cleanly done, and sounds live recoreded (amp not a sim) The drums are perfectly mixed within the song, and don't have a single beat out of place. no over playing here. The vocal track is perfectly placed within the mix, and EQ'ed and effected to be the prominent feature in the song, AS IT SHOULD BE (pay attention people, if its not an instrumental, what you play is just the life support for the vocals) I have a new favorite tune on NM1 GREAT JOB
