I like the feel of the song. It is a good story . Nice Harmony and the feel of the song is and easy to listen to. The Chorus is good and the Bridge is done very well. The slide guitar works very well on this song.

Hey Zap & The Wires, These strings are played by First Class musicians with a great percussionist. Country Rock with a rolling Bluegrass Sound to the strings. Great title for this number, it’s an incredibly talented gift to be able to come up with a great song, but I must tell you that it’s just as important and impressive to give the song a catch in naming it. But any band calling themselves Zap and the Wires is most of the way there with a name there. I love the strength of how they compose their punching introductions. The percussion section without being too overwhelming is such a driving force and together with the slide power of the electric guitars is immense, so little but absolutely so much, a brilliant effort, you might think that with the intensity of the two sections that the vocal would be lost amongst it all, but let me tell you that you would definitely be wrong, this guys vocalisations and believable story telling is exceptional. I love this guys and I’m definitely going to have to be on the lookout for much more of your stuff. Thank you

Hey guys many thanks for the kind invite to review another one of your great Country songs,this track in my personal music opinion is a suburb uptempo number with a nice Title that grabs your interest right away,its well performed by the band and has great vocals with a good strong melody and lyrics that hold your interest through out the song,the track is produced to a very high standard and would attract a great deal of radio airplay,i really enjoyed listening to it.

Thanks for sharing your music with me. I just LOVE IT. The feel on this song has many legs. From Jon Pardee on the intro, kind of a 50's feel on the first verse ( stretch),. The slide works extremely well, actually makes the song in my humble opinion. The production and mix on your work is always spot on. I really like the lyrics on this one that you've posted here. It comes off somewhere between country and country rock. I really like the vocals you did on this one, especially the ooo's on the bridge. If I were to suggest one thing for this, it would be to back some of the slide out of the song. Using it all the way through takes away some of the impact of its use. Possibly use other types of pads or more acoustic guitar in the rhythm section. With all the slide, the solo section after the bridge becomes too much. Let me know if this helps. You've been sending some nice work over in the past and this one could be one with a little tweaking in the mix. Nice work!
