Standard

Nice high hats. Industry standard calls to capture your listener like a rodeo. 8 secs. Listeners are quicc to hit the next button if they ain't feeling it right away. This compositional strategy is good. Great sound, mix, and transitions ... iiif your listener don't hit the next button. With an intro this long, you're probably only going to get tru dedicated listeners. Or find an outstanding Artist that can paint well enough to assist in keeping the listener tuned in.

Beat Can Work

Yung Bunk, this beat can work... But only with the right artist. I can only see this working if you have an artist that brings that energy to the music. Because the way things are right now, it's just an average beat. A beat with potential, but average. I say it's only average because it doesn't "drive". Basically after you've heard the first 8-16 lines of the track, you've heard the whole thing. Do more with your arrangement. I know once vocals are recorded, things sound better. I get that. But still, try more arrangement ideas to liven the track. Also, the beginning intro is entirely too long. I almost fell asleep. And then when the beat finally does hit, it hits soft!!! Bring that heavy 808 in soon as that beat hits!!! Because at that point you're already past a minute or two into the song easily. SMH That's why I also said the artist needs to bring the energy to this beat. Someone like a Ludicrous or Mystikal. Just trying to give an example hope what I mean by bringing the energy to the music. But, not a bad track. But not a Club banger without that emcee to bring the heat to complete the package. Keep pushin'.

Nice Beat - Could Use More Harmony

Helpful

I like this one. I would suggest adding more harmony in certain parts. The low pass filter is a cool effect, but maybe embellish it with something on the higher end of the spectrum, like a flute or some kind of bell instrument. Keep doing your thing!

wow

f you can dream—and not make dreams your master; If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim; If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same; If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools, Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out toolsOur deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Dawan

Smooth

The beat is nice. I like what you're doing there. Adding guitars as the loop is tight. Your sound quality is pretty good. Now you just need someone to jump on it vocally and have it express itself to its full potential. Where in NJ are you from? I'm from Essex County.

Solid foundation

Ok this is fly. Let me just offer a little constructive advice as a person who has listened to beats his whole life. The progression is a little too slow for the length of the beat. A three min track shouldnt have close to a one min intro before the beat drops. The sounds are dope but it gets repetitive after a lil while. Try using some interesting beat drops and breakdowns. Switch the drums up to lead into a chorus or bridge section. I think what separates amateurs from pros are breakdowns, drum changes, beat switches and the beat actually takes u somewhere. It builds to some kind of apex. Make ur beat take the listener somewhere and have it peak like the final scene of a movie. Overall, i dig the sounds and melody. The mix sounds tight. I love bass so id add a nasty base line behind the drums. Hope that helps u homies.

This track is nice. Nice intro and outro. Nice mix of instrumental sounds and feel. Blend of mix and transitions were all in sync and on tempo with the main beat throughout the track. Nothing negative to add. Good work!
